All Aussie Kitchen Gadgets are backed with a 20 years quality guarantee. In the rare event of a quality issue, please contact us via our contact webpage or by emailing auskitchengadgets@online.de, with the following information about your claim:

• A description of the claim
• Where your product was purchased (the pop-up location or website)
• A photo of the problem, if evident (This is also proof of purchase)
• First name, Last name, and your shipping address 

Once we have this information, we will get back to you as quickly as possible with further info. (We do not require you to return your defected product, we simply mail you a replacement).
